Parish Council meetings are held in the Memorial Hall, usually on the first Wednesday of each month. Dates for the next meeting are shown below. (The Council does not meet in August and usually December). Planning Committee meetings will be held as and when required, though usually at least once a month prior to the Full Council meetings.
All meetings of the Parish Council and Planning Committee are open to the public and all residents are welcome to attend. Sessions are set aside at both meetings to allow residents to raise questions or issues.
You can view the published agendas and draft minutes by selecting the relevant item on the date required below. Minutes of both the Parish Council and Planning Committee are published in draft form, and thus are subject to change before being ratified at the next available meeting.

The Annual Parish Assembly is a meeting for residents. Whilst is usually facilitated and hosted by the Parish Council Chairman, it is not a Parish Council meeting, and any councillors that attend do so as residents. Anyone on the electoral register can call this meeting, but it can only be held between 1 March and 1 June each year.
