Parish Council meetings are held once a month in the Memorial Hall (unless otherwise stated). They are usually held on the 1st Wednesday of the month, with odd exceptions to vacate the hall for other village organisations. There are no meetings in August & December. Planning Committee meetings are usually held just prior to the Full Council meetings.
All meetings of the Parish Council and Planning Committee are open to the public and all residents are welcome to attend. Sessions are set aside at both meetings to allow residents to raise questions or issues.
You can view the published agendas and draft minutes by selecting the relevant item on the date required below. Minutes of both the Parish Council and Planning Committee are published in draft form, and thus are subject to change before being ratified at the next available meeting.

The Annual Parish Assembly is a meeting for residents. Whilst is usually facilitated and hosted by the Parish Council Chairman, it is not a Parish Council meeting, and any councillors that attend do so as residents. Any six electors can call this meeting, but it can only be held between 1 March and 1 June each year.
